sorry.. I just wanted to be sure everyone was awake. regrettable but it’s been half an ice age since I posted here and I’ve got some KMJ business to share. more of a weather report really but if you scroll down a bit, and look to your left.. you’ll get a flash taste of the Kiss Me, Judas comic, due out in early 2006 from Terra Major, in the form of a postcard. tap on the icon and you’ll see the backside as well. also known as the ass end.. 2,000 of these are ready to roll next week or so, with such high dollar swag as T shirts, posters, stickers, plus sample art and screen wallpaper available for download to follow soon as possible.
the postcards will ship first, with a generous stack going to all original street team members.. and a surprise or two thrown in for good measure. this may take a while, considering the Velvet’s high-tech mailroom, so don’t despair if nothing arrives straight away. if we have your address, you will have a package on your doorstep before June is out. and a small number of you, faithful and patient as monks sworn to silence, will get a special advance shipment.. because I owe you care packages, for various reasons, long overdue. if you don’t know who you are.. I’m talking about the Gloves and codemonkeys of course, but also Ferg, Pooka, kabol, and one or two others.. if I’ve forgotten somebody, please drop me a pm in the Velvet and I’ll make the necessary corrections.
the other news is TerraMajor has secured a booth at the 2005 comic convention in San Diego, which goes down July 13-17.. where they will have a motherlode of KMJ and phineas poe gear on display and available free to all comers.. and to make things interesting, god willing, I’ll be in attendance as well, to do a reading and sign some books, talk to anybody who wants to talk, buy rounds of drinks for Velvet exiles who want to drink and generally just hang out for the weekend.
